Step by step
- It keeps the offers and counteroffers on the deal as they come in.
- Once terms are agreed it lists every step to a signed contract: MYBA, DocuSign or plain.
- Each step is ticked as it happens: sent, signed by the charterer, signed by the owner.
- It says whose move it is and how long it has been waiting.
- When the contract is signed, the deal moves on to the payments.
What it never does
It never signs anything or sends a contract for you.
